Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Lead the ENGINEERING function as HOD for the multiple locations and responsible for all plant engineering activities To ensure compliance 21 CFR, Calibrations, and Other documentation requirements To act as SME for all audit related compliance and report and advise the concerned to act and follow Proven skills of instrumentation and process automation and energy conservation Must have work as a engineering lead in a pharmaceutical formulation background will be preferred Should have knowledge of GMP / EHS/ all sections of Engineering i.e. Instrumentation, Mechanical, Plant equipment and production flow, Electrical, Utilities, overall maintenance and troubleshooting activities, HVAC, Water systems and periodical maintenance programs Should be designated currently as the Engineering head as (DGM / GM/ HOD role) in a USFDA approved pharmaceutical manufacturing reputed organisation Preferably certified as energy auditor / certified in Six Sigma. or TQM concepts Should have lead the team of Engineering minimum 100 persons / Multiple facilities Coordinating with various functions, vendors and teams to ensure smooth functioning of engineering operations. Candidate should have good expertise in stakeholder management. Supporting leadership in developing and implementing business strategies and ability to guide them on identified new trends and potential opportunities. Support from engineering front for enhance the business performance Expertise in capacity enhancement methods Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Leading and managing various projects and compliance enhancement initiatives , including timelines, budgets, and resources. Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions for complex issues. Desired excellent leadership and communication capabilities Domain expertise in process automation Proven experience delivering solutions to business requirementsLocation: Matoda, AhmedabadMinimum 20 years of relevant experience as a head of the department Engineering (all functions)BE / B.
