Job Description

    Job Title : Head of Governance Reporting to : Group Chief Information Officer Department : Corporate Office Location : Ahmedabad Salary : Upto 55 LPA - Responsible for defining and driving robust IT governance processes and enhancing it from time to time to cater to the maturing needs of the organization- Oversee ideation, delivery and closure of critical IT projects, ensuring fulfilment of expectations in terms of timelines, budget and quality- Responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with partners through effective partner engagement Accountable for driving operations excellence and policy compliance Educational Qualification : - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline- Higher Degree in relevant field (Computer Science or related, Organizational Change management) Experiences :- Minimum of 15-18 years work-related experience required in the field of IT and at least 5-7 years of experience in a team leading role in a similar position for mid-sized / large organization with oversee operations.- Demonstrated Process/IT Service design experience and good understanding of software development lifecycle.- Rich experience of formulating strategies and conceptualizing frameworks; Exposure to IT security and IT risk management verticals.- Strong project management experience (Agile and Waterfall) and organizational change management experience; Must have exposure of managing large scale transformation projects and seasoned understanding of change management.- Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network security.- Sound understanding of IT Operations management and preferable to have held previous role with oversight of large scale IT operations across geographies; Experience with working in a multicultural environment.- Robust understanding of application life cycle management , change control & problem management processes.- Exposure to IT research & technologies tools and techniques and knowledge sharing- Experience of managing complex stakeholder interactions and leading discussions with top management- Experience of managing technical teams and working in cross functional set up; Possesses ability to coach and guide teams.- Preferable to have worked with technology giants & partners.This job opening was posted long time back.
