Job Description

    Drill operators are responsible for operating drilling equipment to create holes in the earth. They commonly use rotary drill rigs, which consist of a rotating drum that is powered by an engine or motor. This drum spins a drill bit at high speeds, allowing it to penetrate the earth and extract minerals or water.Drill operators must be able to read maps and charts to determine where to drill next. They also need to have excellent communication skills so they can communicate with their team about any issues that may arise during the drilling process.
