Job Details: Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking- Walking customers through installing applications and computer to diagnose problems- Conduct remote troubleshooting- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional- Help create technical documentation and manualsRequirements - Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer or similar role OR- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role- Hands-on experience with Windows- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills- Customer-oriented attitude
