Job Description

    Job PurposeIs responsible for Classic portfolio management by acquisition of new Classic customers and enhancement ofthe relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers. Acquiringfamily accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the bestpossible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.Responsibilities:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and guidance regarding their financial requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to promote and sell various banking products and services, such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products. Cross-sell relevant products to existing customers.
    • Assess customers financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to offer suitable banking solutions.
    • Assist customers in opening various accounts, such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints or issues, and provide efficient and effective customer service.
    • Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Stay updated with changes in banking regulations and product offerings.
    • Meet individual and team sales targets set by the bank. Continuously work towards achieving business goals and increasing customer base.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • A bachelors degree
    • 1 year experience in banking
    • Strong knowledge of banking products, services,andprocedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Proficiency in using banking software.
