Job Description

- To partner with respective BU for driving performance and productivity matrix covering employees of retail liabilities of respective region.- Act as facilitator to employee in all HR related matters- Establish HR connect thru Branch Visits- Implementation of EWS (early warning system) Predictive Analysis- Analyze trends in employee turnover & engagement and accordingly implement HR interventions- Drive specific performance review initiatives thru One-One, Focused Group Discussions aiming to create a highly engaged productive team work culture.- Develop and bring in more inclusivity at the branch/regional and zonal level- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the HR Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations- Partner with Zonal HR Partner to drive Career pathing sessions/ initiatives- Proactively provide People metrics & analytics to enable and drive HR Strategy,
