The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue EMI payments from customers. This role involves reaching out to clients, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining positive customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Customer Outreach: Initiate and manage calls to customers with overdue EMI payments to remind them of their obligations and seek resolution.Negotiation: Discuss and negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers, aiming to recover outstanding balances while accommodating their financial situations.Account Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers, including payment promises, disputes, and agreements.Compliance: Ensure all collection activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and fair collection practices.Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues raised by customers professionally and efficiently.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on collection activities, payment statuses, and any challenges faced to the Collections Manager.Customer Service: Uphold a high standard of customer service by being empathetic, clear, and respectful during all interactions.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage customer expectations.Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems.Attributes:Persistent and results-oriented.Empathetic and professional demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Kindly share your CV at hidden_emailSmit BhavreTalish Solutions91 hidden_mobile / hidden_emailwww.talishsolutions.com
