Preferably a female candidate. Should be excellent in written, verbal communication and very good listening skills as well as customer service skills. Should be able to understand Gujarati, Hindi, English and Tamil. Experience in sales would be an additional benefit. Someone who has earlier worked in a call center for audit purposes would be an ideal candidate. Again, basic job is to hear the calls, I will personally train this candidate to listen carefully, see if our sales/ post sales are following all standard protocols of how the pickup phones, how do the talk, what information do they give, how they end their calls, how correct or incorrect is the information they have. QualificationAny graduates/ Post graduates with min 2 - 3 yrs of experience in Call Center for Audit purposes. ,
