Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION : Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

  • Complete ownership of Project business in the assigned territory right from conceptualisation to completion and final collection.
  • Alignment with Co. s & Verticals objectives.
  • Responsible for meeting project targets; keeping out standings within mandated norms.
  • Should ensure that the Hub is fully staffed at all times.
  • Should leadthe team by motivating, coaching and guiding so as to increase the output & efficiency of every individual.
  • Spearhead new business development; take forward leads generated by Front liners for closure along with RH/CBH.
  • Should ensure a database of vendors & contractors, for all services, with prices and terms & conditions.
  • Manage & coordinate interior site work with various vendors, agencies, internal users and the design team working in the most affable work environment.
  • Coordination between the entire team to achieve time & quality norms.
  • Impartiality in credit allocation to team members.
  • Problem solving and proactive trouble shooting.
  • To ensure proper planning, smooth flow of information & work, manpower & material, coordination & execution to achieve time bound deadlines.
  • To keep abreast of Competition and competitors activities and strategies.
  • Maintaining excellent relationship with peer group, vendors,client.
  • To conduct training programs for Front Liners & Regional Heads for imparting knowledge on all facets of TURNKEY INTERIORS ----- product & processes, making calls & handling clients, presentations, design & execution process, etc.
  • To acquire knowledge about Co. s own & standard products.
  • To be the Go To person for all Designers, PC s & PE s
