Job Description

QX Limited is an outsourcing company providing finance , accounts , recruitment , payroll , IT software and corporate advisory services. Our corporate home is in Skipton , North Yorkshire with American offices in New York , and two Indian subsidiary offices in Ahmadabad and Baroda , India.The subsidiary offices meet ISO standards for security (27001) and quality (9001) management systems , and are compliant with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.Under the QX brand , over 1000 professional collaborate through different divisions to help its English and American clients become more efficient and achieve their business goals. Our aim is to innovate our clients back - office departments and give their senior staff time to deliver higher - valueWe are looking for a person for Employee Relations role i.e. into HR Operations non - recruitment process.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Keeping a track of their satisfaction level of work during the training and OJT phase via ESAT and various surveys on regular basis. Working as a skilled change agent , creative thinker , and decision maker to effectively balance the needs of employees with the mission of the organization. Promoting a culture of performance across the organization. Functioning as business partner and strategist with clear understanding of the vision and contribution to company / business strategy. Proven track record in driving strategic HR initiatives to realize bottom line results and enhance employee engagement. Providing independent counselling to employees and supervisors to resolve work - related problems that may relate to performance and discipline based issues. Administering the staff grievance and close the grievance by providing a proper resolution within the TAT of 4 days. Develop and Implement Retention strategies. Escalate and highlight to Stakeholders any potential legal or reputational risks resulting from best practice not being followed by Business. Handling Major Projects related to Attrition and Team Health monitoring. Planning & Executing Fun activities at work to keep Employee Morale high , which leads to higher Production. Also handling the Visa related formalities for employees travelling to the UK , US , Canada for training or User Conference. Taking care of Exit Formalities via exit interviews and F&F. Conducting the Appraisals (180 Degree & 360 Degree Surveys) , Percentage Calculation as per the Bell curve , Appraisal Letters roll out via Performance management System. Event Management , Being a part of planning , executing , marketing within budget - all major events in the organization i.e. Internal & External events and floor activities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: At least four to six years direct experience in employee relations , with a strong background in workplace investigations , and / or labor / employment law. Candidate should know about the HR policies as well as the statutory compliance policies. Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree , or other specialized training in labor / employee relations a significant plus. Team player with strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent public speaker. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills , enabling individual to establish partnerships working with senior leaders and across organizational lines. Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner. SKILLSET REQUIRED: Microsoft Excel Macros Expert Level. Report Making Skills MS Office.
