The co-living market in India is evolving at a rapid pace, with investments from national and international institutional investors bringing in a large amount of capital. As the business evolves, the organized managed accommodation industry is expected to transform the face of the rental housing market across urban centres. Job Responsibilities:-- Plan and allocate regional responsibilities with respect to Events, Activations and other BTL.- Corporate campaign ideation for BTL.- Assess, plan and execute qualifying regional marketing activities/ events.- Lead the regional/ local teams, understand challenges and resolve issues.- Define key guidelines for each project/ campaign and check for adherence to the brief.- Mystery Market Visits to check and audits (quantitative & qualitative).- Identify lapses, take corrective actions and report unresolved issues.- Prepare reports (Pre, Mid & Post) and Evaluate results.Requirements:-- Proactive approach- Strategic Decision Making- Excellent communication skills- User centered approach to problem solving- Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment- Awareness of geographical areas- Go getter, aggressive attitude,
