Analytics manager is a leadership role and will be responsible for delivering a great client experience. Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of work ensuring deadlines are met, operational hurdles are understood and insights are delivered in an actionable format. Work with the team to solve client business problems by translating them into an analytics problem - solving framework. Solve business problems using advanced analytics, develop sophisticated solutions and actionable insights. Build strong relationships with client(s) and develop a good understanding of the client organization, business, strategies, and objectives to optimize engagements and revenue. Actively manage engagement / client revenue and P&L, and identify opportunities for growth within the client account. Manage team utilization, resource management, and planning, program management and communication. Be responsible for hiring analytics professionals. Training and grooming the newly hired folks. Play an active role in the firm s development and pre - sales activities. Qualifications: 4 - 9+ years of experience solving business problems in 1 - 2 domains; Pharma / Healthcare / Financial Services etc. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Good logical thinking and problem - solving skills Hands - on experience on R / SAS or equivalent tools for analytics modeling as well as visualization tools such as Tableau / Qlik / etc. Knowledge of statistical modeling, survey analytics, conjoint models, etc.,
