Prepare and record assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information 2. Work on the computation, payments, filing relevant returns, and maintaining digital and printed records for GST, TDS, TCS, professional tax, PF, ESIC, ROC, income tax, and all other legal compliance 3. Work on the reconciliation & management of accounts receivable and payable 4. Work on managing working capital & cash for the site and office expenses 5. Work on general bookkeeping of purchases, sales, JV with bank reconciliation statements 6. Work on maintaining client purchase/work orders 7. Work on maintaining a comprehensive database of vendor companies and relevant points of contact within the vendor organization 8. Play a vital part in the companys financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties. 9. Supervise accounting staff by answering questions and coordinating with them 10. Assist to prepare financial statements and produce budget according to the schedule 11. Work on internal and external audits to ensure complianceRequirements:1. Bachelors degree or masters degree in accounting and finance required 2. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.ERP 9 and MS Office 3.
