Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage all events and activities of the Office of International Affairs (OIA) at Ahmedabad University under direction of the head of the OIAProvide support to all international inbound/outbound student and faculty exchange programmes Manage travel, logistics, communication, visa, payment and networking and hospitality for the participantsAssist admissions office of the University with international recruitment through participation in their relevant activities, identify new target markets and come up with innovative ideas to attract international students to the UniversityMaintain files and documents for all current and past MoUs of the office with foreign partners, keeping track at all times of upcoming exchange opportunities and lapsing agreementsKeep track of all activities of OIA and prepare reports and other statutory/compliance paperwork related to the office at regular intervals Create relevant data-collection forms to monitor activities of the Office, including student and scholar visits, and generate requisite reports from the collected data as requiredPromote participation of students, staff, and faculty in all events supported by the OIARespond to students, staff, and faculty queries related to international higher education and exchange programmesEstablish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the Office, including students, faculty, foreign partners, and other international higher education entitiesTrack announcements for international fellowships, scholarships, and funding sources for dissemination among University community through inclusion in OIA newsletterProvide support with general office administrationKey Skills:Good organisational and event management skillsStrong written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsAptitude for networking and high professionalismAdept in internet search and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work both independently and in teamsCompetent in multi-tasking without compromise on work qualityAbility to work with data and perform basis data analysisQualificationGraduate with one-three years of work experience in international higher education industry.
