    Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION SALES EXECUTIVE Actively pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with products and services. Conduct tours or visits to customers to gather insights into their preferences, trends, and feedback on products and service. 4. Analyze customer buying patterns, preferences, and behavior to identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and improving overall performance. Segment customers based on various criteria such as demographics, buying behavior, and preferences to tailor sales and marketing strategies accordingly. Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, working towards satisfactory resolution and maintaining positive relationships. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders and accurate billing processes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Implement strategies to retain existing customers, including loyalty programs, special offers, and personalized services. Conduct periodic audits of customer accounts to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues proactively. Monitor the progress of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Plan sales trips efficiently, maximizing coverage and productivity, and report activities to the reporting officer or CRM system as required. Maintain a regular schedule of visits to existing and potential customers to nurture relationships, gather feedback, and drive sales.Job Type: Full-time,
